Communication and Community Partnership
This video highlights how Brad's team prioritizes two-way dialogue to move forward on district vision. It also demonstrates how they leverage the important time in between face-to-face meetings to stay connected with constituents.
The community is counting on school leaders to be wise stewards of their trust and tax dollars. At the same time, students are counting on courageous leadership to propel their learning and schools into the 21st century. This video shows how both of these important responsibilities are being accomplished.
Dr. Brad Gustafson is an elementary principal, author, and speaker. He believes schools can be spaces where creativity and innovation thrive, but only when we prioritize relationships and a relevant, connected pedagogy.
